How about being a little more generous on the text limitations and ridiculously short timeout on this forum. To be logged in and trying to enter a response and having to log in AGAIN then re-navigate to the post to respond to is a major nuisance. Others have complained and nothing changes!

Dear Sir / Madam,

We've increased the number of symbols that can be entered in a single post from 1000 to 4000.

Unfortunately, this is the best that we can do.

As for the timeout of each session, it normally lasts for 10 minutes and you will need to log in to your account once again if there is no activity whatsoever.

This has to be done so that the inactive sessions would not occupy the space required for the active sessions in this forum.
