How do I get a replacement JetBook, or at least a response!

I sent in my Ectaco to technical service around 2 months ago from Finland. During a recharge it froze and I was unable to get it to do anything after that. So I called, somebody said I should send it back since it was only 2 months old and obviously still under warranty, and I did. Around 3 weeks ago my wife sent an email to whomever it was she had been in contact with when she bought it for me for Christmas. No answer. Who do I get in touch with to resolve the issue?

OK. I just called and the price per Phil on the phone is actually $35 to Finland, so I'll pay that right away and count the days until I get my JetBook back!
