Where oh Where is the DRM firmware for the originaal Jetbook? It was promised many times and I have yet to see it. I thought that I did my research when looking to purchase an E-reader for my mother and am regretting my decision. My mother is an avid reader and the books she reads are unavailable on Jetbook and I can't return it anymore so I am stuck with an E-reader that she isn't excited about. After we found out that Jetbook didn't support DRM books we were told that firmware was coming. WHERE IS IT?!!!

I bought a jetbook for my wife a year ago. I was told then the update would be in just a few months. Since about Nov., every month we are told it will be the next month for the update and nothing happens. I finally gave up and bought my wife a nook. You just get tired of getting lied to every month.

ECTACO usually updates Firmware twice a year.

This January ECTACO released new Firmware versions for Jetbook – 0.34c and for Jetbook-Lite – 0.15d.

Unfortunately, 0.34c version still doesn’t support DRM.

We will inform everyone in mailing notifications list whenever updates are available.

How is it that "www.jetbook.net" - downloads does not reflect the new firmware update for the jetBook. It still states that 33g is the only one available?

I keep checking the website for the promised DRM version update and this version has never changed since I bought my JB in January.
