I just purchased a new ebook from ebook.com in ePub format since the JBL documentation says that is a compatible format. However, after copying the ebook to the JBL I can not get it to show up in my book list on the reader. I have tried to reset the JBL but this did not help. Any ideas?
JBL software is v0.15, patch v15.

Unfortunately, Jetbook-Lite doesn’t support ePub format.
Please, try to download books in PDB format from www.barnesandnobel.com

You need to be more specific.
Saying Jetbook-Lite doesn't support ePub format is factually wrong. My kids have read many ePubs on their JBLs. All you're going to do is confuse your customers.
It's simple to get it right! Just say the JBL doesn't support DRM'd ePub books from any source. When purchasing from B & N please select PDB as the format.

I have found that technical support people are about the worst people you can go to for questions about technical stuff. They'll often give you one line answers that only answer half the question.
It's like asking someone where they are and they answer you "I'm standing on the planet Earth."

Unfortunately it seems as B&N migrates to ePub it is eliminating PDB books as an option.
Personally I remove DRM from ebooks after purchase so I can use the book on the device of my choice. Try googling "apprentice alf's blog", darkreverser's new blog or icabbages for info on removing drm.

madmom3,
Essentially what is being said is that the Jetbook Lite will not support the new format from Barnes and Noble because it is a protected (Digital Rights Managed or DRM) ePub format. The JBL will support and read standard ePub formats. Now, what is being recommended to you is to find out how to remove the DRM from your ePub files. If you successfully remove the DRM, your reader will work with the resulting standard ePub file(s).
