Many of my TXT files, original and others I uploaded, will not open. The system goes back to the opening page. Is there something that I can do?

You should check Your firmware version:
Go to Settings --> System Settings --> Firmware version

The current version for Jetbook is 0.33g, for Jetbook-Lite 0.15d.
If You have previous version, please visit www.jetbook.net/upgrade.php to update Your device.

Curious... I don't have one, but I'm wondering if these devices come with a hard reset to completely format it back to original settings in case something was corrupted.
