Hi,
I'm trying to use my c-pen with my EA900 Arabic/English translator to translate English and Arabic texts. So far no luck. I try scanning it and nothing happens. No light, no anything. Am I doing something wrong?

Dear Customer
Make sure, “C-pen ready” appears on the screen.
If it doesn’t, press RESET and try again.
Please, contact ECTACO Tech Support if the problem persists.

What happens, is that it says C-pen ready and I'll start to scan the pen across the page and the light will start to flicker and then the c-pen menu on the screen will go away and I can't get it back -- and my text will not store or translate.

Dear Customers
The light shouldn’t flicker. Make sure the text for scan is on the solid surface. Scan carefully along the line and push a little to make sure that the tiny trigger at the end of C-pen is pushed down so the light is steady.
