Val, Hopefully you can help me. The rubber stopper that secures the little card fell off an is lost. I cannot keep the card in the unit without the rubber stopper. I called the company 2 times and was promised that one would be mailed to me....weeks later, still no stopper and I am leaving for Venezuela soon and need this part. Please help me.
