My Screen Fade in White !!!

i have a problem with my partner p900 and it happens when i try to open a program or click on a icon using my pen device . then screen goes white and i can't turn it off or restart it and it doesn't restore to it's first state too , because of it's keyboard will disable and i must wait while battery have charge , when it's completely is empty , i can use it again . . .
so,please let me know the solution of this problem . . .

however i'm sorry about using words in right situation :ps: . because of i'm weak in using english words in a sentence .

Please, try to remove the battery from the back side of the device and then put it back in a few minutes. It must work correctly then.
