Wife only used 1 day. Screen is frozen. on/off not working. Tried reset and still nothing. Nothing on key board working. Even tried taking batteries out, still same when put back in.

Please, try to press RESET then "D" and then "E" keys one by one.
If it doesn't work, please contact ECTACO tech support to exchange Your device for another one if it is still under warranty.
