At first I couldn't load rich text or epub files. I experimented and found the jetbook lite does not accept file names with a ( in them. ie Test File (1.0).rft will not load it just hangs but Test File 1.0.rft will load. You need to specify this limitation in the documentation for those of us that want to put our own content on the reader.

Of course it would be even BETTER if you would fix the problem but barring that letting peopel know will help :o)
