I try to do it IMPOSSIBLE TO FINISH...

First I have to tell that I am sorry if my english is not perfect because I am french.

Any confirmation except a code number COM... and I am still looking forward a reply to my mails explaining my problems... Few days ago Stacy Miles gave me a link to pay with Paypal : but it is not working. I have told him 2 days ago : nobody answer me.

I wonder if you keep my order ? Must I refill a form to order again. May be in U.K. Because it is closest from France ? May be it works better than USA... I don't know what to do... Since 2 days nobody answer me, I have tryed to call you but "a machine answer me" and nobody called me back. Very STRANGE... to leave your customers without help (I mean correct help including a positive result).
You have my order, with a code number... Lost somewhere... And you don't follow this order ? Not very professionnal, isn't it ?

May be somebody will read this complain... And I will get some answers...

I have NOT recieved a confirmation or any reply about my problems! 1st) my purchase does not show on "my account" on this web site, though I do have the confirmation letter for that purchase 2nd) I made payment through Pay Pal and have confirmation that the money was sent and recieved, but NO confirmtion from ECTACO confirming reciept of money . I have sent emails containing both confirmation emails, I have made phone calls and only get an answering machine. I am starting to fear that my money was stollen by this company! I have NOT had ANY replys and it is over 24 hours! not even confirmation of recieving an email!! What can I do!!!

If you wanted the order to show on your account you should have logged in to your account before placing the order.

Please send us an email at [email protected] with your account details so we could have your order added to your account.
