The mistake is from Ectaco but this company don't pay the return , is not explicite onthe cterms 1 conditions of return ..

I receive in Franc a I.Travel but non functional after 4 days to try ..to start the system with the customer support nothing .
So i must to return my I?TRVL but Ectaco refuse to pay the return for me 35 euros ...and never warrantly for thenew so the history can to continue many times ..
So no distributor in France ...
Its' a crazy company

ECTACO provides refund less restocking fee and shipping cost within 1 week after product was returned to manufacturer.
