Hi
I just recieved my ectaco partner EA B-3 but there is no software or any thing on it .The only thing that I could do is turning it on/off .I couldn't use the dictionary ,organizer or any thing as I click on one of them a pline screen shows withdout any data .Also the applications bar like checking spelling buttons ,save record.....etc which suppose to be on the screen it dose not show . It seems no porgrame at all in this dictionry.How could I fix this problem ?

Dear Customer,


1. Put MMC-card in the card-reader;

2. Delete all data from MMC-card.

3. Unpack the link to the MMC-card.

4. Put MMC-card back in the unit.

5. Press RESET.
