Hi my recent purchase P900 (1 month old) has stopped working, won't switch on, just a blank screen. When charger plugged in no led lights come on. Is there something else I should be doing for this to work. Thanks Charlie.

open the battery lead, take the battery for 15 min and put it back

Hi took battry out and appeared to work ok, however after working with translator screen went white and would not respond to any commands would not switch off, only closed down when battery discharged.

Please, discharge battery and then charge it again for 4 hours.
It must be working correctly after discharge.
