I purchased an ECTACO iTRAVL English <-> Thai TL-2Th, Order# COM-235773-eOrd-405645. It worked great for a few weeks, then it stopped responding to the touch screen. I returned the unit and was sent a warranty replacement,#COM-235773-eOrd-408012. The replacement unit arrived with the same problem. I left the unit charging over 24hrs, removed the battery and the SD card replaced them and reset the unit many times. The TL-2Th will not get past the 1st square of the calibrate screen.

Instead of another TL-2Th I would like to get credit towards the purchase of an ECTACO Partner ETh800 - English <-> Thai Talking Electronic Dictionary and Audio PhraseBook.

I have been trying to deal with this on the phone but I keep getting left on hold.

I have been trying to contact your tech support by phone all week. I called on Monday and after being tranferd several times I eventualy spoke to "Fabio". Fabio said making the exchange would not be a problem. he recomended the 900 series, I wanted to look at the product discription on-line and needed to get back to work. Fabio told me I could call him back at ext215 and he would help me. I called back later the same day and the next; each time I was left on hold and no picked up the phone.

I called on Wensday and was told he was "out sick". The operator took my name and number and told me someone would get back to me. about an hour later someone called me, After I told him what I wanted he said someone from "customer service" could help me, and put me on hold. I was waiting on hold for well over 10 min and nobody picked up the phone.
