I just noticed, on a previous post from a customer about how to upgrade their jetbook, that it took almost 4 months for someone from ectaco to respond. Is there any way to get someone to respond before the warrenty runs out or is it best just to return a jetbook becasue i cannot fine out if i need to get a firmware update or not. Kindle just went down to $299. I would prefer the Jetbook, but i am unabe to get any support from ectaco!
