Issue with upgrading firmware  XML

I have tried and tried to upgrade my firmware all to no avail....

Today I tried to look at available memory on the SDcard from the jetbook and it showed nothing and by that I mean that available and used were both BLANK. There is nothing on this card or the previous one, I have tried two, BOTH brand new.

Today I also tried using the Jetbook as the card reader to reformat the SDcard and not only did it take more than an hour...when it was about 3/4 done it said that the formatting could not be interrupted. I tried this twice.

It formatted fine when I just used my PC to read it.
I put a .jpg picture on the card as well and when I try to access it the only thing that shows up is a SD file that WONT open and the jetbook image.

Is it possible that the jetbook is NOT recognizing the SDcard? And if so NOW what do I do?

just to be clear here is the " RMA# "PVC Warranty or are you wanting two different things?

I am also not sure if I can find my reciept which is what I guess you mean by INVOICE?

I bought my Unit at Fry's Electronics here in WA state.

2. Please, contact vendor (Fry’s) to obtain proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)
