I can read the books but unfortunately the books are listed without a title, here is a sample file name Collected_Works_of_Poe(5).fb2, any clue as to what is happening and/or how I can fix this?

Dear Customer

The problem is that title is in format which is not supported by Jetbook.
That's why Title cannot be seen.
In order to resolve the problem, You should rename the book or save it as TXT-file, or chose "file" >"save as" option, then set format as "plain text" in case if you are using the Microsoft word.

No, it is not.
This is because Title is in format which Jetbook does not support.
