i have a new ts2-rs russian / spanish, the touch screen system doesn't work. when i turned on it the first time, i couldn't to calibrate it, i used the pen to move the cursor but nothing happened. It's impossible to use this electronic translator without touch screen system. What can i do??? i'm very desperated because i will be in Russia in one week, i haven't time to return this item if it's damaged.

Find reset button and use your stylus to reset your device, redo calibration, and you'll be ready to use your unit.

i have restarted this product several times, simply the translator doesn't respond when i push the screen in the calibration. is possible to do a hard reset?

Dear Customer

Please

Pull the battery and MMC-card out of the unit.
Then put both of them back and make sure they are inserted tightly.
Press RESET and On/off button simultaneously.
Press UP button.
Then calibrate device.
