Hey,

Recently i have bought Partner Ea800
Unfortunaly i have a small problem and thats the screen,
Every 1- or 2 minutes (not even 2 minutes i think) the screen goes off. And then i have to wait for 15 - 30 seconds to press the ON-OFF button and then the screen goes on agaiin. I have tried to go to settings and change the duration of the screen, the automatoff off-onn time. I made it 15 minutes, but it still not working

Please help!!

Dear Customer

Please try to pull the battery out, then pull the MMC-card out, then put both of them back and make sure they are inserted tightly and reliably.

Then press On/off button and RESET at the same time.

You will be offered to calibrate the unit. If You still have any problems, please let me know.

Please, make sure the battery is fully charged before You perform the procedure described above.
