I just bought the eth800 and as soon as I pulled it out of the box I pluged it in to charge and no light came on and still hasnt come on. It still shows that the battery level is as low as it was when i first turned it on.

please take out the stylus, press reset button, wait for initialization, do calibration and you are ready to go.

Please, note that if the battery indicator is completely white, that means the battery is fully charged.
Then let us know the reason why You consider the battery level is low.
