Purchased this unit just prior to Christmas, I have yet to receive an operating unit with all the advertised features. I have incurred an additional expense of approximately $40, (sending back the complete unit one time and then sending back the card another time). My order # is eORD-392258. Is there anything you can do to correct this problem?
Ps: I'm writing to this forum because I have not been able to contact management to solve this circumstance (none of my phone messages have been responded to, and they will not reimburse me for the cost of sending back a non functioning unit). Tech support now wants me to spend another $30 to again send back the entire unit. HELP.

does the ECTACO iTRAVL Alpine NTL-13AS include the `Travel AudioBooks` feature? the product description says:
"Additional travel resources include Travel Guide, CIA World Factbook and Travel AudioBooks"
yet my 2nd replacement does not have this feature! waz up.

problem with the original order: no fodor's, CIA World Factbook and Travel AudioBooks. told to dwnload from a website. did several times,still no fodor's, CIA World Factbook and Travel AudioBooks. then told to send entire unit back. after receiving a replacement, now the iHELP did not work. again told to dwnload from the website. again, the program i dwnloaded did not work. now told to send the entire unit back. i have just received the unit back. late thu, mar 12th. this unit does not have the Travel AudioBooks feature. my order was made just before Christmas 2008. phew...is has been very trying. many phone calls to tech support. many messages left with managers (none returned). very, very disappointed. i did tell them to check it out completely before the last replacement. but i guess they didn't.

In order to access AudioBook feature, You need to go to iTRANSLATE menu and click the third option.
Also You may download other audiobooks in mp3-format from Your PC.

you missed the root of my problem. there was no Fodor's, CIA World Factbook and Travel AudioBooks! and no one has been able to help me! that was with the 1st unit. the iHELP feature did not work with the replacement card. and now there is no Travel AudioBooks feature in the 2nd unit. waz up.

Please check if Your MMC-card inserted properly: pull it out and then put it back and make sure it is fixed there.
Then press RESET and calibrate it properly.

come on now... didn't i explain i have made many phone calls to tech support? i have done everything tech support said to do. still no positive result. this is why i'm writting in this forum. trying to get what i paid for. HELP!!!
