after power on - error ocured during firmware auto-update

I tried to do hard reset :
1. on/off + reset
2.load firmware
3. select firmware ( P800 v1.2.0.53 ENG-RUS )

FILE : \SYSTEM.PKG
PACKAGE P800 V1.2.0.53 ENG-RUS
MODULE ; 1/2 Check file CRC
ADDRESS : 0040000

at the end of the process
ERROR : burn process failed. package file is corrupted or incompartible


where can i download firmware file to fix my device?

Data on MMC-card was corrupted or removed. You have to replace MMC-card.
You may ship it back to ECTACO for warranty replacement. Please, provide Your order number by phone 1-718-728-6110 (x206) or via email [email protected] and I would assist You with warranty replacement.

If Your device is no longer under warranty, You may replace Software online.
At this point You should notify me via email [email protected]
