Partner ER850 - I can not run the system

HI. My boss gave ER850 for me, but i can't run it. I push on/off button, than ER850 indicate "system boot", after loading screen begins blink a few seconds, and after, indicates "system boot" again. I entered in MENU, made all possible actions for system restore but without result.
Please help me solve this problem.

Please, check memory:

- press On/off and hold it;
- press RESET and hold it as well;
- keep holding both buttons for 5 seconds and then release RESET only, but continue to hold On/off;
- release On/off in 3 seconds more;
- Main menu will appear;
- choose SELF TEST;
- choose RAM;
- wait for 3 minutes while system checks memory;
- press RESET after memory check will be completed;

If it doesn't work out, You should send the device back to ECTACO for warranty replacement. But You will have to indicate Return Merchandize Authorization Number on top of the box. ECTACO doesn't accept packages without RMA#.
