Hi i recently bought ER850
It was working fine
But now the Dictionary application does not work
I tried tapping on the "ABC" dictionary symbol with a stylus
I tried pressing enter to load it
i tried resetting, but all it reset was the time

Dear customer
Please check if a memory (SD) card is inserted correctly, try to reset it, or take the battery out for 15 min and place it back, wait for installation process, do a calibration, and it is ready to go.

Dear customer support,
I checked the 512 MB SD/MMC card, I reset the Ectaco Partner E850, I took out the battery for 20 mins and placed it back, did the calibration, several times.
It did not fix the problem with the dictionary application, it still does not load, but all the other apllications however, are loading and working same as before.
There was a rebooting process, but not installation process.
May be I should format the SD card if you give me the necessary files or send you back the whole unit?
Please advise,

Dear Customer
Please, push On/off button and hold it on.
Push RESET and hold both buttons at the same time.
In 5 seconds release RESET button only, but continue to hold On/off button.
Release On/off button in 3 seconds more.
You will see Main Menu.
Please, tap SELF TEST.
Then choose RAM in appeared menu.
Please, wait while memory will be checking and then press any key to exit test.
Tap EXIT on the screen then.
Push RESET button for a second and release it.
The dictionary must work properly after reboot.
Please, contact Technical Support department if You have more technical issues with the device.
