New TL - 2S. the screen does not respond to the stylus. Home page shows but no response. 'Say' 'Find' and some buttons reapond but only in a limited way. ...HELP

Dear Customer

Find and press the reset button, or take the battery out for 20 min and put it back.

Then wait for reload process, hit all of the targets to calibrate the screen, customize your settings, and you are ready to rock
