Error when installation!

I just purchase and download the LingvoSoft Talking Dictionary 2008 English <-> Vietnamese for Windows, but found troubles to install it.
The follow message pop up during installtion:
Error opening file for writing:
c:\Program Files\Lingvosoft\Lingvosoft Talking Dictionary 2008 (Engish-Vietnamese) for Windows\
wind_ld.2008.ico

And the installation can not be completed,same thing happened on the trial
version too.
Anyone know what's going on?

It looks like you don't have the admin rights to install the software.
Please contact Microsoft support team to get the assistance.
