Dear ECTACO,
I just wanted to mention that, I was having technical problems with my EA800 translator, and one of your customer service representatives Paul Feo, was an outstanding aid in solving my problem. His responses were prompt and rectified my situation almost immediately. I was highly impressed and I have not seen such customer service from companies in a long while. It is a dying trait and I recommend you maintain employees such as Mr. Feo for his dedication and efforts to the customer.
