Hi,
Regarding the just unpacked white battery pack that has a clear tag the says PULL , well I've tried and tried but it wont budge - what to do?

The Other thing is I ordered English to Indonesian where is the Indonesian I dont seem to have instructions

The "Pull" tab doesn't have to be removed at all, it serves for pulling the battery out of the compartment.

Our support team already sent you the reqired software for Indonesian language.
